The Biggest Community Celebration in Kichijoji!
Every October, Kichijoji Halloween (ハロ吉) transforms our local area into a vibrant celebration of costumes, fun, and cultural exchange. As one of the most popular family-friendly events in Musashino, ハロ吉 encourages participation from local businesses, schools, and residents, creating a unique and inclusive experience for children and parents alike.
